Hollywood's Oldest Dreamer
An ongoing social series built around Fred, a 97-year-old actor still chasing his Hollywood dream. The project grew alongside our feature film as a way to introduce Fred to an audience and build a world around his story.
We were starting from zero. Rather than simply promoting a film that didn't exist yet, I wanted to build an audience around Fred himself. His personality, stories and persistence became the content.
I began developing and testing short-form ideas around different sides of Fred's character and life in Hollywood. The social became a way to learn what people connected with while building an audience for the larger project.
Signed Headshots
Fred signed a limited run of headshots for his fans. A piece of the story and a way to support the film.
Each headshot is personally signed by Fred. Proceeds help support the production of They Don’t Make Guys Like Me Anymore.
